Instead of manually pulling a monthly report of clients with birthdays and sending a message to each of them individually, you can automate this completely. Mailchimp's birthday automation then sends the campaign to everyone in the target group in one workflow, instead of as individual e-mails.
Note: the built-in bulk message feature in Clinicminds is not a substitute for this. It can send to your full patient database or to patients with an appointment in a specific date range, but it has no filter on date of birth.
