With this feature you can inform your patient-base of important news. Like a change of venue, an additional protocol (like no hand-shaking) or a sudden closure or change in your agenda.
Hopefully, this feature allows you to react quickly to these kinds of events.
There are two options:
Send a message to appointments with a specific date range.
Send a message to the patient database.
You can find it in the app via menu > App settings > Bulk SMS (only accessible for admin users).
