Go to Menu > App Settings > Account settings,
set the sections below, and click Save.
Location & language
Currency — used for your pricing and invoices.
Timezone — used across your calendar and communication.
App language — the interface language for you and your staff.
Patient language — the language used in messages, screens, and documents your patients see.
Name format — how patient names are displayed.
Regulations — enable country-specific billing options that apply to your clinic (e.g. GOÄ for Germany, restitution invoices for the Netherlands).
Finance
Sales prices include taxes — checked shows prices including tax, unchecked shows them excluding tax. Changes apply to new records only.
Reduce sales prices with tax exemptions — enable this when you want to pass the tax benefit on to the patient. For tax-exempt treatments the tax is actually deducted, lowering the invoiced price (e.g. £240 incl. 20% tax becomes £200).
Allow invoice modifications — lets users set a custom invoice date and edit or delete invoices after creation.
Security
Require two-factor authentication — when enabled, 2FA applies clinic-wide and users must set it up the next time they open Clinicminds. It can be turned off per user, but note that doing so lowers your account security.
System notifications — email addresses that receive system notifications (not visible to patients). Enter multiple separated by commas, and override per location if needed.
