How to find your Clinicminds subscription invoices
This article is for account owners, clinic owners, managers, and admin users with access to Account Settings.
Your Clinicminds subscription invoice is the invoice Clinicminds issues to your clinic for your subscription. This is different from an invoice your clinic issues to a patient, which you manage under Finance → Invoices.
Where to find your subscription invoices
Go to Menu → App Settings → Account → Subscription
Or go directly to: https://app.clinicminds.com/account-settings/subscription
On this page you can download every invoice Clinicminds has sent you, and set an email address to receive future subscription invoices automatically.
Dutch VAT on your subscription
If your clinic does not have a valid VAT number on file, Clinicminds is required to charge 21% Dutch VAT on your subscription. You will see a notice about this at the top of the Subscription page.
To avoid this charge, add your VAT number under Clinic Data. Once a valid VAT number is on file, the Dutch VAT will no longer be applied.

Your monthly price and any active discount
Which add-ons are active (Beauticians, QMS, Analytics API, Booking API, Triggers & Actions API)
Your current payment method, with the option to change it
Subscription status and renewal date
Agreements
View, sign, and download all Clinicminds terms, including the Terms of Use, Data Processing Agreement, and API Agreement
Any pending agreement that requires your review will show a Review & Agree button
Invoices
A full list of all subscription invoices, each with an invoice number, invoice date, due date, and total
Click any invoice to view or download it
Subscription invoice vs. patient invoice
Subscription invoice: issued by Clinicminds to your clinic, found under Account Settings → Subscription
Patient invoice: issued by your clinic to a patient, found under Finance → Invoices
These two are managed in completely different places and should not be confused.
