There are two ways to open your calendar for online bookings: automatically, so future days open on their own, or manually, as a one-off for specific days or practitioners.
Automatic (recurring)
This describes the setting to automatically open online availability. You can manually open availabilities from the calendar as well, but this setting ensures future days are automatically opened.
To open up online availability:
Open: Menu > Clinic settings > Online booking settings > General settings.
Make sure Enable online booking is ticked.
Make sure that the checkbox Automatically open online availability is active.
If for instance you fill in 60 days, people could book appointments 2 months ahead.
Limitations online booking
Please note: while there is no maximum for this setting, the scheduler only shows up to six months ahead (182 days). The logic behind this is that you don't want an agenda that's too scattered so far ahead.
Manual (one-off)
Use this to open availability for a specific practitioner or day only, without changing the automatic setting above. This is also the method to use the first time you enable online scheduling, since automatic opening only affects future days going forward and won't retroactively open the calendar.
To manually open a practitioner's online availability navigate to Menu > Calendar, and click on the practitioner's name which is located above the days and date of the week.
Now, make a selection out of "Not available, Whole day available, Specific times available".
For a newly added practitioner, follow the full checklist in How to make a new practitioner available for online booking.
