Review Measurements
To review historical measurements (BMI, Weight, Length, Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Waist Circumference) and project these in a graph, follow these steps:
Open the latest patient record regarding these measurements ( e.g., the latest medical weight loss record).
Open the case history or treatment tab.
Click the 'history' button in each measurement you wish to review.
A window will open showing the historical measurements and graphs.
Sharing the Graph
You can share the projected measurements and graph with your patient through E-mail or SMS.
Follow these steps to send it:
Make sure you're reviewing the measurements and Graph.
Select (or hover over) the ellipsis icon in the upper right corner.
Select "Send to patient."
Next, decide if you wish to send it through SMS or E-mail.
