You can send a patient a payment link via SMS or email. This link will direct the patient to a straightforward payment option.

Send payment request

To send a payment link, follow these steps:

  1. Open the patient overview window.

  2. Open the patient's wallet.

  3. Click on the ellipsis menu at the upper right corner of the patient wallet window.

  4. Select "Send payment request."

  5. Fill in the amount and a description (which is visible to the patient).

  6. Finally, please select how you want to send it, by SMS or E-mail, and hit the save button.

Payment received

Once the payment is received, the wallet will be credited with the requested amount. The amount in the wallet can be used for treatments, products, or any other invoices.

Visual queue

When sending a request via SMS to a patient who is still at the front desk and keeping the window open, you can check whether the payment has been made and received. Initially, the payment request will appear greyed out. Once the payment is processed, the request will change to solid black immediately.

E-mail notification

Once a payment request is completed and processed, the amount is added to the patient’s wallet, and the clinic is notified via email.
