Headers in emails
We now show headers in appointment confirmation emails to your patients. These emails can contain a lot of information depending on your setup. To make them easier to read, we now display headers above the parts that the system includes.
No treatment reminders
We send no treatment reminders if patients had a follow-up treatment. It was confusing when patients got a treatment reminder, e.g., 3 months after their botox treatment, while they already had another botox treatment recently. Now we don’t send the reminder if the patient had the same treatment at a later date.
Filters and reports
We included a ‘user’ filter in the ‘number of appointments’ report. This report is very helpful to analyze what kind of appointments are scheduled. With this new filter, you can easily view the data for each of your practitioners for comparison.
URLs for our Pros!
There’s a new option to include online booking details in the redirect URL to your own website. This allows you to personalize the ‘thank you’ page after online bookings based on the booked appointment, or track your conversions with more detail. Read our support article regarding this topic.
In the records, we now display patient details above GP letters and prescriptions. That makes it easy to see details of your patient (name, date of birth, and GP/pharmacy) while you’re writing a GP letter or prescription.
Notes more obvious
We added a red counter for notes in record tabs, to make it more obvious that a note was added by someone in your team.
Supplier and Brand filters
You can now filter on ‘supplier’ and ‘brand' in the stock screens. That makes it easy to quickly access the treatment materials or products from a specific supplier or brand.
Minium stock notification
We also display the minimum stock in stock screens. If you’re ordering treatment materials or products, this allows you to quickly see how much stock you have and what the minimum should be from one screen.
Calendar feed reset
We added an option to reset the calendar feed URLs of a user. If one of your users accidentally loses or shared their calendar feed URL (which provides access to your appointment data), you can invalidate the calendar feed URLs of specific users easily.
Disable or enable 2FA
You can now set two-factor authentication (2FA) requirements for specific users. Do you only want to enforce 2FA for certain users in your clinic? Or the opposite: exclude some users from your global requirement? That’s now possible!
User accounts with user roles
We added a toggle to view the linked user accounts in the user roles screen. Are you working on your user roles, but forgot which users are linked to which role? This shortcut helps you to easily see it!
