For BMI specifically, the system automatically calculates values based on the patient's entered weight and height, saving valuable consultation time and ensuring accuracy. Measurements can be conveniently captured during clinic visits or remotely by patients from the comfort of their homes.
Furthermore, our intuitive interface lets you view historical data at a glance, complete with visual progress graphs. You can easily share these informative visuals with patients via email, promoting engagement and motivation throughout their treatment journey. Additionally, all measurement data is readily exportable in structured reports, streamlining your research efforts and facilitating deeper insights into patient outcomes.

We've also introduced an option to delay sending prescriptions until the patientβs invoice is paid. This convenient feature allows you to prepare and sign prescriptions in advance. Still, it postpones sending them to patients or pharmacies until the treatment payment has been confirmed, seamlessly aligning with newer medical weight loss treatment workflows.

We are pleased to bring Payment Requests, a simple and convenient new feature designed to streamline your clinic's financial interactions with patients.
You can now easily send direct payment links from the patient's wallet, allowing flexible online payment collection, whether before, after, or even during a video appointment. Patients will receive a personalized email or SMS containing a secure, direct payment link powered by Stripe, offering a seamless experience similar to the familiar prepayment process.

Once the payment is successfully processed, the amount is automatically credited to the patient's wallet, and the clinic receives immediate email confirmation. The patient can then conveniently use their wallet balance toward future treatments, products, or invoices, enhancing your financial workflow and improving patient satisfaction.
This versatile feature accommodates various scenarios, including newer workflows such as medical weight loss, where payments must be collected before treatments can proceed or prescriptions are issued.

Good News: Reduced Processing Fees for Online Payments π΅
We're pleased to share a significant reduction in processing fees for online payments made through Stripe via Clinicminds. We have streamlined this to a straightforward, fixed fee of only β¬0.49 per transaction (or your local equivalent, excluding Stripe fees).
Previously, online payment transactions incurred a fee of 1%, capped at β¬8. This change ensures greater cost-efficiency and predictability, making it even easier and more affordable for your clinic to manage online payments seamlessly.

Thank you for all the valuable feedback following the launch of our new dashboard! Your insights have already led to several meaningful enhancements designed to streamline your experience further.
Notably, we've reintroduced an "All Locations" dashboard, allowing you to conveniently monitor appointments across all your clinic locations in a single, unified view.
Additionally, we've refined the dashboard's title and date selector to clearly emphasize that the displayed information pertains specifically to βtoday.β
Lastly, we've reinstated the popular calendar shortcut in the header and updated the time view icon on the dashboard for better differentiation.

Payment Dispute Notifications: To further safeguard your practice against unexpected payment disputes, Clinicminds now proactively sends you a direct notification whenever a patient disputes a prepayment made through Stripe. Previously, these notifications were only received from Stripe itself.
βRestitution Invoice Enhancements (Netherlands only): To ensure greater clarity and compliance in insured healthcare scenarios, we've enhanced restitution invoices by clearly displaying body localization within diagnosis descriptions. Additionally, treatments or products without predefined codes now automatically include a performance code 999, indicating to insurers that these are not typically insured items. Invoices also feature Clinicminds' software vendor ID, allowing insurers to contact us directly for technical queries.
βStaff Planner Booking Insights: Quickly estimate staff availability with improved visibility in the planner. Simply hover over the progress bar at the bottom of the staff planning working times to view a tooltip that clearly displays the exact booking percentage, enhancing your appointment scheduling accuracy.
βPhoto Drawing Tool Upgrades: Building on our recent launch, we've implemented several upgrades to the photo drawing tool, making it more intuitive and user-friendly so you can document patient progress effortlessly and effectively.
