New Dashboard! - Streamlined Dashboard Experience
The all-new dashboard, built from the ground up, is now accessible to all users. Designed to streamline in-clinic workflows, it provides a clear overview of every step in a patient’s visit—from arrival and waiting room status to treatment and payments. Each stage is distinctly represented, enabling staff to monitor progress and quickly access key information.
In addition to the existing list view, the dashboard now includes a calendar view with a real-time time indicator 🕦 for improved visualization. This view is available for both the front desk view and individual practitioners.

New Task List - An Exciting Beginning
The start of the much-anticipated task list is now available on the new dashboard, marking an exciting milestone for Clinicminds. Currently located in the sidebar, the task list allows users to view and add tasks specific to their dashboard. While this initial version is designed to cover the basics, it represents just the beginning of an evolving feature.
Future updates will introduce more sophisticated functionality, including widely recognized task list features and unique, clinic-specific enhancements tailored to Clinicminds users. This phased approach ensures we can deliver improvements step by step while maintaining a seamless user experience. We’re excited to offer this new tool and can’t wait to share what’s next!
