Option 1: Number of records report (fastest)
This report gives you a direct count of records and revenue, split by type, treatment category, or treatment.
Go to Menu > Reports > Number of records
Set the date range and location filter for the period you want to check
Read the total count, broken down by type, treatment category, or treatment
Option 2: Records report with a treatment filter
Use this option if you need a detailed list of every treatment performed, including patient, date, practitioner, and amount.
Go to Menu > Reports > Records
Set the date range for the period you want to analyse
Use Filters > Appointment type > Treatment to show only treatments
Export the report and count the rows, or read the count directly in the report view
