With the increasing volume of patient data and the need for efficient charting, a new feature has been introduced in Clinicminds – the copy button. By using the copy button, you can quickly and easily copy and paste information from previous records, eliminating the need to type out the same information repeatedly. This saves time and improves efficiency, allowing you to spend more time with your patients.

How to use the copy button

In order to find the copy button, quickly switch to previous records using our record switcher or open one from the patient overview window. Open the applicable tab and simply tap the text field of the text you wish to copy. A "copy"-button appears at the right bottom corner of the text field. Allowing you to copy the text to your clipboard:

Simply paste the copied text into your current record using the paste functionality of your iPad.

Tip!
When on a desktop: hover your mouse over the text you wish to copy. A "copy"-button appears at the right bottom corner of the text field. Allowing you to copy the text to your clipboard:

When clicked, the text will be copied to your clipboard. Allowing you to paste it into a new record for example using CMD + V / CTRL + V or right-clicking in the applicable field.
