The calendar service is able to send a copy of a consent form directly when scheduling an appointment. This way patients will be able to review the consent form at home, before the clinic visit. This will save valuable time during their visit. This feature can be done manually or automatically.

To do this manually, just schedule an appointment as usual. Please be aware of the extra field informed consent in the scheduling pop-up. Choose the applicable consent form and finalize the process.

If you wish to automatically send copies of consent forms with every appointment, you are able to set up defaults. Open the appointment defaults window, choose the applicable category, and select which consent form should be sent by default.
