It’s possible to cancel appointments and to mark a cancellation ‘in time’, ‘too late’, ‘by clinic’, or 'because prepayment was not made'. Besides this indication of the cancellation, it’s also possible to add a written note regarding the cancellation.
Add cancellation notes
1. Click to review the scheduled appointment
2. Choose cancel appointment
3. Indicate why or how the appointment is canceled.
4. Add additional notes regarding the cancellation.
Note: Cancellation notes are not visible to patients
Review cancellation notes
To review cancellation notes, click on the canceled appointment in the list of appointments.
Send cancellation notes to a patient
You're able to add a written note to an appointment cancellation which you can share with your patient with the cancellation e-mail. To do this, follow the previous steps to cancel an appointment.
Next, write the note in the correct text box, the box that shows "visible to patient". Remember, if you send an appointment cancellation email, this note will be shown in the text.
