Do you have existing patients in Sylton Connect? Manually edit them and add the Clinicminds patient number under “Patient ID” in Sylton Connect, to link them to the patient in Clinicminds:

You can now copy photos from a Sylton session directly into the patient's medical record in Clinicminds, no manual download or upload needed.

To do this, open the patient's record in Clinicminds and start or open a treatment record. From there, click the option to import photos from Sylton. A window will open showing the available sessions for this patient in Sylton Connect. Select the session and the specific photos you'd like to copy, confirm your selection, and the photos are automatically added to the current record.

Only photos from sessions linked to the same patient will be shown. If a Sylton session doesn't appear, check that the patient is correctly linked between
