This article will explain the types of symbols you’ll see on an appointment in the Clinicminds calendar.

You’ll notice that in the calendar, aside from the actual appointment itself, there are icons/symbols visible as well.

The encircled icon on the top right indicates that for this appointment, you’ve ticked the checkbox for the patient to submit their Data and/or Forms. This icon will remain opaque until the requested data has been submitted.

The encircled icon below indicates that a note is added to this appointment:

On the desktop version of the app (For the moment), you’ll see that if you hover your mouse over the appointment, a quick breakdown of the appointment will show up:
