This article will explain the types of symbols you'll see on an appointment in the Clinicminds calendar. You'll notice that in the calendar, aside from the actual appointment itself, there are icons/symbols visible as well.
Each appointment can show the following symbols:
Medical questionnaire and/or patient details (top right)
Indicates that for this appointment, you've ticked the checkbox for the patient to submit their data and/or forms.
Consent form (top right)
Indicates that a signable consent form is attached to the appointment.
Currency symbol (top right)
Indicates that a payment link was sent to the patient together with the appointment, asking for a prepayment. The currency symbol (for example €) is greyed out while the payment is still outstanding and becomes solid once the patient has paid through the link, so you can see at a glance which prepayments have come in.
Notes (bottom left)
Indicates that a note has been added to this appointment.
Greyed out = not submitted or not paid yet. The questionnaire, consent form and prepayment link icons remain greyed out (opaque) until the patient has submitted the requested data, signed the form or completed the payment. Once completed, the icon becomes solid, giving you an at-a-glance overview of what is still outstanding before the appointment.
On the desktop version of the app (For the moment), you’ll see that if you hover your mouse over the appointment, a quick breakdown of the appointment will show up:
Note: You may see additional symbols on an appointment. These can be toggled on or off yourself, such as the treatment category, room, equipment, and paid / not paid status where applicable.
The paid / not paid status relates to the invoice of a treatment plan linked to the appointment and is separate from the prepayment link icon described above.
