It is now possible to add a note while registering a no-show in the calendar—for example, why the patient didn't attend the appointment. First, select the appointment.

Once set, you will be provided with a pop-up screen where you can register the appointment as a no-show. Once you have chosen "no-show," a notification screen will appear where you can add a note.
