Errors are human. So, it could happen you accidentally mark an appointment as cancelled while you shouldn’t have. The same accounts for marking an appointment as no show. 

To undo, open the patient overview window. Scroll down to the applicable appointment. Select this cancelled appointment and click the undo cancellation link.
