Modernized drawing tool in records. We rebuilt the drawing feature in records. It is now more responsive on all kinds of computers and tablets. We also introduced a highlighter drawing tool and added more colors, giving you extra flexibility when documenting treatments.

Presets for template drawings. You can now save template drawings as presets, so you do not need to make the same drawing again multiple times per day. Every practitioner can create presets for their own workflow, and users with the appropriate permissions can create presets for the whole clinic.

Photo drawings and template drawings combined in one screen. All drawings from a consultation or treatment now appear in one place. You no longer have to look in two places to see everything you drew.

Appointment type screen skipped for beauty treatments. Patients booking a beauty treatment no longer see the appointment type screen. This step was redundant, since beauty treatments can only be booked as a treatment. One less screen means a shorter booking flow.

Automatic retry when a booking confirmation fails. We made technical improvements to prevent failed bookings due to network problems. If a network request to confirm a booking fails, the scheduler now automatically retries or offers the patient the option to try again with one click.

Resend the SMS verification code. Patients who did not receive the initial verification SMS can now request a second SMS. Previously we only offered a voice call as the alternative. Now patients can choose what they prefer.

Shorter wait for a second verification code. Patients previously had to wait 60 seconds after the initial SMS before they could request a voice call. They can now request a second SMS or a voice call after 20 seconds, reducing dropouts during the booking flow.

Extra security against spam bookings. We added extra security measures to the online scheduler to prevent spam bookings. No action needed, this works automatically.

Updated code lists for insured healthcare in the Netherlands. The various code lists for insured healthcare have been updated (relevant to clinics in the Netherlands providing insured healthcare).

Booking API visible in the online booking log. The log at the bottom of an online booking in the calendar now shows when a booking was made through the booking API.
