Set Your Branding Once, See It Everywhere
You can now define how patient-facing screens look directly in your Clinicminds branding settings. Choose your title font, header color, button color, and button style. Your clinic logo is already in place. From there, every modernized patient screen automatically reflects your identity.
This is not a cosmetic detail. Patients recognize your clinic in every interaction, building trust before, during, and after their visit. Try a few combinations in the live preview and choose what fits your brand.
Gift Cards That Look Like Your Clinic
The online gift card store now uses the new patient UI. When someone buys a gift card from your clinic, they see your branding, not ours. We also split the purchase flow into small steps. Each screen asks for one thing at a time, making it easier to buy a gift card, especially on mobile.
A gift card is often the first point of contact someone has with your clinic. It should look like it came from you.
Online Payments
All payment screens now use the new patient UI. When a patient makes a prepayment or settles a payment request, the screen displays your clinic's branding. A familiar look at the moment of payment reassures patients that they are in the right place, paying the right clinic.
Consent Forms That Feel Familiar
Signing consent forms in-clinic now occurs in the new patient UI, with your branding applied. The form a patient reads and signs on your tablet looks like it belongs to your clinic.
This update is also the next step in the technical modernization of our platform. Screen by screen, we are rebuilding the patient-facing side of Clinicminds on a modern foundation. You see the branding. Underneath it, the platform is faster and easier to improve.
More Languages for Your Patients
We added Finnish as a patient-facing language. We also completed patient-facing translations for all supported languages on the recently modernized screens: the prepayment screen, payment request screen, online gift card store, patient details form, medical questions form, and home signing. Patients read and sign in the language they are most comfortable with, wherever they are in the journey.
Stability and Fixes
This release also resolves two issues. A rare problem could prevent SMS messages from being sent, for example during an online booking request. That is fixed. We also resolved an issue in which duplicate user roles with the exact same name were hidden, causing confusion about which permissions were active for users.
One Experience, From First Click to Signature
