Quinn AI Smart Summary transforms how practitioners document consultations. While you focus on your patient, Quinn listens to your conversation and automatically populates structured medical record fields, going far beyond basic transcription to deliver ready-to-use clinical documentation.

Booking API

Integrate your booking process with external systems like chatbots, AI voice bots, or custom applications. This opens up new possibilities for automated scheduling and patient intake workflows.

Triggers & Actions API

Build real-time integrations based on business-relevant events in Clinicminds. Automate workflows by connecting to other systems whenever specific actions occur in your clinic.

✨ Improvements

Patient-Facing Interfaces

Visual improvements to the new patient UI used for contact details and medical question forms that patients complete from home. Stay tuned: consent forms (home signing) will be improved next!

Online Scheduler

Clarified the "first availability" option, as the meaning was not always clear to people using the scheduler.

Treatment Drawings

When making drawings on a computer or laptop, entering amounts is now disabled by default. You can still enable it using the button at the top, but it no longer gets in the way when you don't need it.

Bookable Services as Default

For new clinics, scheduling appointments using bookable services is now the default option in the calendar. Not using it yet? We recommend trying it out! The calendar automatically applies configuration from your bookable services, selecting the appropriate duration, practitioner, room, and equipment. This saves time and reduces errors, especially when you have many services and resources.

Secure Attachment Downloads

Added a "remember me" checkbox on the secured attachment download page. Patients or pharmacies can skip verification when downloading multiple attachments from the same device. The checkbox is off by default and remembers the user for only one week, keeping downloads easy while maintaining security.

Payment Methods

Removed the deprecated SOFORT payment method from the Stripe integration.

Performance & Dashboard

  • Resolved a performance issue that caused the new dashboard and task list to be slow after a previous technical update

  • Resolved an issue where data from deleted patients in the trash remained visible or triggered errors on the new dashboard

Forms & Consent

  • Fixed an issue where the "let patient sign forms" checkbox wasn't saved when checked in existing appointments where consent forms were already sent as read-only

  • Resolved an issue that caused patients to get stuck on an empty screen when submitting medical questions from home when no questions were linked to the appointment's category

  • Fixed a rare issue that caused patients to get stuck when submitting medical questions if the clinic's medical question list got corrupted due to simultaneous settings changes from multiple browser tabs

Calendar & Scheduling

  • Fixed a rare issue that sometimes caused a different user to be selected in the online scheduler's availability screen when opened for a specific user

  • Resolved an issue where the "blocks" report contained data outside the filtered period when a multi-day block partially overlapped the filtered period

Other Fixes

  • Resolved an issue that caused online gift card sales and the special "online" clinic location to be invisible to some users

  • Fixed PNG clinic logos sometimes displaying with a black background in generated PDF documents

  • Resolved an issue that sometimes caused problems when returning to Clinicminds after long inactivity

  • Fixed an error page appearing in Bird when opening a contact from the patient screen in Clinicminds
