Clinicminds allows you to automate the sending of review or survey requests after closing a medical record. This guide explains how to disable these automatic messages and where to adjust the timing settings.
How to enable/disable automatic review or survey messages
You can change the automatic sending of a review, survey, or any other follow-up message by adjusting your default medical record settings.
Go to this link:
β‘οΈ Record Defaults Settings
Here, you can enable or disable whether review or survey messages are automatically scheduled when a new medical record is closed.
Important Notes:
This setting only applies to new medical records. Disabling it will prevent the automatic scheduling of messages for newly created records.
Existing records that already had the review or survey message scheduled will still follow the original rule (e.g., send 30 days after the record is closed). Therefore, some messages may still be sent in the upcoming period based on those previous settings.
For more information about sending messages by default after closing a medical record, read this article: π Sending Default Documents and Messages
