To find E-mail & SMS templates please navigate to your menu > clinic settings and look under E-mail & SMS messaging to find various options for E-mail & SMS templates.

Under appointments, you can find/change templates such as online booking verification, online booking rejection, confirmation, rescheduling, cancellation, reminder, and data reminder. The data reminder is the reminder to your patient to fill out their personal data and medical questions. 

Also, you can find templates for treatment category-specific information.

Under records, you can find/change headers and footers as well as templates such as brochures, photos, consultation letter, treatment plan, quote/quote reminder, unsigned forms/signed forms, General Practitioner (GP) letter to patient, GP letter to GP, treatment summary/Information, invoice, Thanks for visiting message and survey/review. 

Under prescriptions you can find/change headers and footers, as well as templates such as prescriptions to patients and prescriptions to pharmacys.

Under treatment reminders you can find headers and footers, and templates such as  treatment reminders for all your treatments.

Under product reminders you can find headers and footers, as well as templates such as product reminders for all your products.
