Sometimes customers try to reply to your text message sent via Clinicminds. Since we only offer text notifications and not communication, their messages won't get through. How can you handle this? Here are three tips:
Use your clinic's mobile number as the sender, so replies will be received.
Use "NO-REPLY" as the sender.
