It's now possible to download and resend online gift cards. This feature proves to be extremely useful in situations where the recipient accidentally deletes the email containing the gift card or when a wrong e-mail address was provided when the gift card was sold.

By offering the ability to resend or download gift cards, we ensure that your customers can still access their gift cards conveniently. However, as downloading gift cards poses a potential risk for fraud, it is essential to exercise caution and limit access to gift cards within your clinic. In this article, we will guide you through the process of resending or downloading gift cards.

To access the gift cards, follow these steps:

  • Go to the menu > finance > gift cards

  • Here, you will find a list of gift cards along with their respective numbers.

  • To resend or download a specific gift card, click on the three dots located next to it:

Resend a gift card

To resend a gift card, simply click "resend" as shown in the image above. The gift card will be immediately resent to the email address that was used during the purchase. You will see a notification on-screen confirming that the gift card has been resent.

Download a gift card

To download a gift card, choose the "Download" option, as shown in the image above. The PDF version of the gift card will be downloaded to your device. You can then send the gift card as an attachment to a "Manual message" from Clinicminds or print it in-clinic for distribution.

⚠️ Important: To protect against potential fraud, it is crucial to limit access to gift cards within your clinic. Clinic administrators can manage user permissions in menu > app-settings > user roles to make sure the right users have access to the menu above.
