We enhanced the user rights for more flexibility and privacy options. It's now also possible to restrict non-medical users from reviewing parts of the patient record and only allow them to utilize the payment tab. therefore bringing the GDPR privacy regulation to a higher level. This article explains how to grant access to the payment tab only.
In order to set up the permissions, go to menu > app-settings > user roles and select the preferred user role. Scroll down to the "records" section and select which permissions are applicable:
The users linked to the permissions as set up above now only have access to the payment tab of a medical record, accessible from the dashboard. Users with this setup cannot view records that have no invoice linked or access other tabs of a treatment record but the payment tab:
