Learn how to reopen a record as long as it is not paid.

It’s possible to reopen records within 24 hours after closing, so you can still make some edits. This can be useful if you already closed a record, but later find out that you forgot to add something important. After 24 hours, records can no longer be reopened or edited, but you can still add details in the notes section of a record.

To do so, open the applicable record and click on the treatment or payment tab. At the bottom of the page, you will notice a link "Edit record" (if you have treatment permissions). Click on that link to edit the record.


Please note that this can only be done by the user (consultant/practitioner) who the record is assigned to (consultant/practitioner).
