After completing a treatment it's possible to send a note with the payment details to your front desk.
For example: make an appointment for 3 months from now.
Once you have reached the payment tab, after completing a treatment, click on Notes and edits at the bottom of the screen. From there you can type a message to your front desk explaining what needs to be done next.
After that you can close the record by clicking the dashboard button.
When your front desk opens the record to conclude the payment, the record will show at the top of the screen.
