If you delete a practitioner who still had upcoming appointments in their schedule, the appointments will remain visible in the calendar. This article will explain how to find the deleted practitioner in the calendar and how to get a complete overview by downloading the appointments report.

We first advise searching for the appointments that are still assigned to the deleted practitioner by navigating to the calendar. Select the day view. Scroll through the days, and once you see the name of the practitioner, click on the name and select the week view. Now you can continue checking the following weeks for appointments that need to be re-assigned to a different doctor.

Additionally, navigate to your Menu > Analytics > Reports, scroll down to 'calendar' and select appointments. Here you can filter out the name and date after the practitioner was deleted.
