A patient might not always find it pleasant to receive several emails after every visit, This article explains how to disable treatment and product reminders.

To disable treatment reminders open the treatment record and click on the "send to patient" button at the bottom. Deselect the reminders and click on save.

Note: the reminders are are set (enable/disable) on record level. The same options as mentioned above also apply to product sale.
