In some cases you would like or need to have all your patient’s e-mail addresses to use it for an e-mail blast. For example to inform your patients about holidays and changed visiting hours, or for marketing purposes.

To do this navigate to your Menu > Analytics > Reports, click on patients. Fill in the dates and location. You now have a report with the information of all of the patients who were signed into your clinic from the dates you had filled in.  If you don’t use any dates or location, you will export the complete list.
