It is possible to register custom complication types during an inspection and add it to the inspection record. In other words, you’re now able to specify the complication instead of only indicating there was a complication. 

To setup custom compilation types navigate to Menu > Record settings > Complications. Click on the plus icon in the top right corner to add a new complication type and finally press save. 

All reported complication types will be reflected in your reporting.
