It is possible to register a diagnosis during a consultation. To be able to register a diagnosis, the different diagnoses need to be set up.

💡 When you activate diagnoses it will be shown in the case history window.

To set up diagnoses, open the menu > Records Settings > Case history > Diagnoses. Use the + button in the right upper corner to add a new one. Select the applicable categories and save.

The added diagnoses will be available in a dropdown list during the consultation and will also be available in different reportings.
