To add diagnoses to your account, which you can apply to a record during a consultation, open the menu > record settings > diagnoses. Click the plus (+) icon in the right upper corner and add a new diagnosis.

💡 When you activate diagnoses it will be shown in the case history window.

Add as many diagnoses as you need. Keep in mind that you can assign a specific diagnosis to multiple treatment categories. This feature prevents you from having to make duplicate diagnoses per category.
