If you wish for, you’re able to request your patient for a signature to agree with the discussed treatment plan. You may want to do this to make sure there’s no confusion or discussion when it comes time to complete a payment.

To sign a treatment plan you must first make a patient record and fill out the case history as usual, at the bottom of the page click the checkbox “Create treatment plan” and proceed to fill out the medical questions.
