Important: Sending post-treatment information is becoming a requirement in many countries. European regulation is stating that a physician/clinic is required to provide patients with information after receiving treatment. Patients should be able to review this post-treatment information.
To automatically add post-treatment information to an automated email that is sent to a patient after treatment, navigate to menu > Record settings > Records> Record defaults.
Click the checkbox for post-treatment information, scroll down and press save.
Once it has been saved the system will automatically send post-treatment information to the patient after every treatment.
To overrule this, just uncheck the checkbox while creating a treatment record, but before closing the record.
