Important: Sending post-treatment information is becoming a requirement in many countries. European regulation is stating that a physician/clinic is required to provide patients with information after receiving treatment. Patients should be able to review these aftercare instructions.
To automatically add aftercare instructions to an automated email that is sent to a patient after treatment, navigate to menu > record settings > records > record defaults.
Click the checkbox for aftercare instructions, scroll down and press save.
Once it has been saved the system will automatically send aftercare instructions to the patient after every treatment.
To overrule this, just uncheck the checkbox while creating a treatment record, but before closing the record.
