Selling products in the clinic like cremes, lotions, dermal rollers, etc, is a great way to generate additional revenues. But it’s even better to remind your customers to buy the product again after a certain time afterward when probably the product is finished and the customer needs to buy a new one. That is why you can send a product reminder by email and/or SMS.
Set up product reminder
Tip: To set up a product reminder first make sure there are products set in the account ready for sale.
Next, open menu > clinic settings > e-mail & SMS templates > product reminders.
Click the product you want to set up a reminder for. Now set the number of days after the sales you wish to send out the reminder. Finally, check the e-mail and SMS template and change the text if desired.
