You can be notified of new online bookings via e-mail. It’s possible to select whether you wish to be notified of online bookings with or without patient details.
To select these online booking setting, open menu > clinic settings > calendar > online booking settings.
Next, select the notification you wish to receive. Finish up by clicking save.
Email notification when a double appointment is booked
Unless done on purpose, double bookings could occur when two users schedule an appointment at the exact same time and date, or because of delays with online prepayments (given that you have installed prepayments). Although our system does everything to prevent this, these rare situations have become less troublesome as you no longer have to look for double bookings. Rather, you will get an email notification when a double appointment has occurred.
