For certain treatment appointments, it's convenient to provide your patient with additional information (text/hyperlink to webpages or video) already in the appointment confirmation. Think for example of advice not to use certain medication or drink alcohol before treatment. Or if the patient should arrive 15 minutes earlier than the actual appointment time.

To do this open the menu > clinic settings > e-mail / SMS templates > calendar

Choose the applicable treatment category and add the specific texts.
