Certain countries (e.g., United States and Canada) display sales prices excluding taxes (like VAT, GST, State Tax, or City Tax). Therefore we created an option to set up Clinicminds according to your needs.
To make sure sales prices include or exclude sales tax, open Menu > App Settings > Account > Account Settings. You'll find the tax checkbox there. Once checked, all sales prices will show including sales taxes. Once the checkbox is unchecked, all sales prices will show excluding sales tax. Sales tax will be calculated during invoicing.
Important: Changes to prices or tax settings only apply to new records. Existing records will keep using the old values. To test or apply the new values, first change the settings, and then create a new record. Read more
