Remove a user account

Learn how to remove and delete a user account, this includes practitioners or beauticians.

If someone is no longer working in your clinic e.g., a practitioner, it could be beneficial to remove their user account. This way, working times and login data are removed from Clinicminds.

Note: Removing a user account does not affect historical treatment records, future appointments, or analytics.

Removing a practitioner does not automatically downgrade your account. If you want to downgrade, please contact Clinicminds, but make sure you've freed up a practitioner spot first, either by removing the user account below or by changing the user's role to one without "practitioner" attached (via Menu > App settings > User accounts).

We are not able to process a downgrade until this step has been completed. You can also suspend the account to deny access, though suspending alone does not free up a practitioner spot.

Simply navigate to Menu > App settings > User accounts to remove a user.
