The system provides access to a detailed patient log, accessible through the patient overview windo. Click on "Edit Patient" and scroll down to the green link below. By selecting the "Show Full Log" link, a pop-up window will display the history of who has viewed or made edits to the patient's profile.

This log can be tailored to display either 'view only' or 'edit only' actions, or both, according to your preference. Additionally, the log offers the option to filter activities by specific users or by the patient themselves, enabling a more personalized review of the profile access and modifications.
