Clinicminds provides access to comprehensive record log views of different actions in the patient record. See the screenshot to view the different actions.

You can choose the full record or zoom in on the case history tab, medical state, forms, treatment, small surgery (sign-in, time-out, sign-out checklist), operative report, GP letter, payment, and photos.

To view the record activity log, go to a patient record and scroll down to the “Notes and Edits” section. Expand this section and click on the green link “Show Full Log.”
