To set up video-consultations with online scheduling, you can enable video consultation for existing services in open menu>Clinic Settings> Services
If you create a new service for the online scheduler (e.g. Botulinum Toxin), just follow the regular flow. If you wish to provide video consultations for this particular service, make sure to enable video consultation or inspection.
E-mail & SMS settings
The video appointment confirmation copy is included in the confirmation template. This is a general confirmation e-mail template for all appointment types.
To edit the video consultation appointment reminder e-mail and SMS open menu > Clinic Settings > E-mail & SMS messaging
