You can add drawings and notes to a record after it has been closed. This is useful when you notice something and want to document extra details without reopening the record.
Add a drawing to a closed record
Open the closed treatment record.
Open the Drawings screen. Photo drawings and template drawings are shown together on this screen.
Add your drawing. You can use the pen, highlighter, text tool, and colors, and apply a preset if you saved one.
Add a note to a closed record
Open the closed treatment record.
Select Add notes at the bottom of the screen.
Type your note and press the green Save button.
