Setup Guide: Drawing Templates

This articles explains how to setup drawing templates

Written by Pablo

Drawing templates are the background images practitioners draw on when registering a treatment, for example a face or body chart.

Before you start: create your treatment categories first, because every drawing template is assigned to one or more categories.

Where to find this setting

Default drawings in Clinicminds

Clinicminds provides several default drawings. Select a default drawing to make it available, then assign it to the relevant treatment categories.

Assign a drawing to treatment categories

Open a drawing template and select one or more treatment categories. The template is then available in records that use those categories.

Add your own template

  1. Click the plus (+) icon.

  2. Upload your own image.

  3. Choose whether the template applies to all patients, or to male or female patients only.

Requirements for your own images: JPEG or PNG format, maximum file size 100 KB, and exactly 1000x1000 pixels.

Templates vs Presets

Templates are the background images practitioners draw on during registration. To learn how the drawing tool itself works, including the highlighter, colors, and reusable presets, see this article.
