Our dashboard ensures all essential information is always at your fingertips. Whether you’re at the front desk or working as a practitioner, you’ll have instant access to the tools you need, right when you need them. Specially built for clinics, the dashboard supports your day-to-day operations and enhances overall efficiency.

A Fresh Layout for Easy Navigation

At the top, you’ll find a blue bar that contains:

  • Search Field: Instantly locate patients by name, phone number, date of birth, or any other identifier.

  • New Patient Button: Add new patients to your database with just one click.

Below the blue bar sits a white bar that lets you switch between different dashboard views:

  • Front Desk Dashboard: Focused on patient arrivals and payments.

  • Practitioner Dashboard: Concentrates on appointments, treatments, and open records.

Appointment Overview

On the left side of the screen, you’ll see all of your appointments for the day. Use the arrow buttons at the top left to scroll to the previous or next day quickly. Two display options let you choose how appointments are shown:

  • Calendar View: A straightforward overview in a calendar-like layout.

  • List View: A clear list of all upcoming appointments.

Front Desk Essentials

The front desk staff can use the left panel to handle arrivals and mark patient status. A few simple clicks let you:

  1. Mark Patients as Arrived

  2. Monitor patient and practitioner status in the clinic

  3. Handle payment

Whenever patients arrive, their status moves to the Arrived section in the sidebar. Once the treatment is complete, they’ll appear in To Be Paid, prompting the front desk to finalize payments.

Practitioner-Focused Tools

In the Practitioner Dashboard view, you’ll see:

  • Arrived Patients: These are those who are waiting to start treatment.

  • In Treatment: Patients currently being treated.

  • Open Records: Records that have been started but not yet completed.

These quick visual cues let you stay on top of each patient’s progress throughout the day.
