Learn how to set up automated reviews or surveys to send patients after a treatment

Surveys are important these days to increase your clinic’s visibility and build trust. It’s possible to send every treated patient a request to fill in the survey of your choice. 

Navigate to your Menu > Clinic settings, then proceed to Email & SMS messaging > records and select survey/review, you will be given a template. 

In this template you can insert a link to your preferred survey method. Such as Google, Trustpilot or KliniekErvaringen, You can also create your own survey and place a link there if you prefer, like e.g. with SurveyMonkey, etc.
