We recommend offering your accountant a free login to download financial reports.

To give your accountant access to run only bookkeeping reports, you need to create a user and assign the appropriate user role (finance). See the screenshot below.

This will allow your accountant to download the reports they need at their convenience.

If they would like to work with General Ledger accounts, you can enter them in the 'Clinic Settings' section under 'Bookkeeping Codes
